Despite the fact, that Italy is looking back on a long tradition of electronic acts, there was not much enthusiasm coming out from this country’s electro-scene for years, as - except for Kirlian Camera - most classic Italian electro-acts had ceased to exist(Pankow, Neon…). Only recently Italy has seen a sort of electro-revival with acts such as XP8 and SYRIAN ¬ another highlight are BABYLONIA: With their very own and unique sound they succeed to fill ¬ musically speaking - the gap between MESH and CAMOUFLAGE. BABYLONIA stand for catchy melodies, intelligent lyrics and do not need to fear comparisons with aforementioned acts. With songs such as ‘Something Epic’ or ‘Catch me’, they also deliver two potential clubhits, that are extremely eerie and catchy. Infacted Recordings presents a special version of the band’s debut-album (released in Italy only, by the band itself), including 4 bonus-tracks not available on the original (deleted) first version.
